WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
We charge an all-inclusive flat rate of $375 inc GST for CAA class I or II medical certificate renewals. First issue medical assessments are charged at $460 inc GST
Assessments include a full nursing & medical assessment, any in-house audiometry, spirometry, ECG recordings and bedside tests (urinalysis and blood pressure monitoring).
Any additional work and fees would always be discussed before being carried out.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
Applicants requiring blood tests will need to pay for these when they attend their local Pathlab venue. For those who are unable to arrange their bloods prior to their medical, we can take these on the day. Routine HBA1C & Lipids are charged at $85 inc GST
Those requiring a specialist eye examination will be charged via the examining optometrist or ophthalmologist.
CAA FORMS & FEES
NZ CAA require that you pre-pay their medical certification application fee online. Click the following link to pay and make note of the receipt number which we will require:

WHAT SHOULD I ARRANGE PRIOR TO MY MEDICAL?
Please pay the CAA application fee before visiting (see CAA Fees). If they are required, it is preferable to have blood tests done (we will send you the necessary request form) before your medical, though we can do these on the day.
You will need to bring photo ID in the form of a current NZ driving licence or passport.
Spectacle or contact lens wearers will need to bring them (and a spare pair).
Those with significant or complex medical issues are encouraged to contact us prior to visiting in order that we can make your medical as efficient as possible.
